Task 3b) Match your current skills and abilities to two job opportunities.

•  Find two jobs that you could do now – one could be a job advertised by a peer to work with their online business.
• Download the person specification and job description for reference
• You should show how you meet the person specification- You can use evidence from school, college, work and home to do this.- Refer to your personal SWOT if need be.
• They should not be CEO type jobs as you probably do not yet have the skills and experience.

Task 3c) Make a realistic career development plan for a chosen career

•  It could be based upon a job  from Task  3 b above
• It can be in the form of a timeline or  a more formal written piece
• You should start from the present and go forward for 10-15 years
• Based upon research include the necessary time for training, university getting promotion etc.

With Westminster Kingsway College: Teaching, Marketing, IT, HR and Finance departments and some of the jobs in them.

Task 2b Profit and Loss accounting

You need to show your projected profits and losses in your business plan in the financial section along with your break even and cash flow forecast.

I suggest that you do it for the first year of trading using the figures you have calculated from your expenses and projected sales revenue.

There is a template available from the Microsoft website which is pretty straightforward to use to help you do this.

Any categories that you don't have to use don't.
