signatures in gmail

When writing a formal email you should have a signature at the bottom as you would a letter.

Here are instructions how to set it up in gmail
1) click on the cog in the task bar
2)select settings














3) Scroll down to signatures (see below) and select signature.












4) write name, title, contact details

5) Change font etc as required









6) Scroll down to save changes and click
